Here’s what I said in regards to how I see myself and what I thought about working with James Franco….
“I’ve always seen myself as a hard worker and someone who isn’t afraid to take risks. And I’ve always seen the porn that I make as more than just jerk off material. To me the work that i do is about creating a space for people to explore their fantasies and let go of their shame. I know that many people feel stifled by shame around their bodies and their sexual desire, and if I only helped one person feel a little more ok with who they are, and a little less freakish and alone because of what they desire then I would be happy. But I hope to reach a lot more people than that, and I feel pretty confident that I have.
I think it’s amazing that James Franco did a documentary about Kink, and isn’t afraid to be associated with a BDSM porn company, like many mainstream actors would be. i hope that the film can humanize us “crazy pornographers” for people who don’t fully understand what we do or why we do it.
From the very little i know of James, he doesn’t seem afraid to push the boundaries; of art, of film, of sex, or of Hollywood, and I respect that kind of fearlessness above all else.”

    The article doesn’t sound like things you would say at all. And yet, they have quotes around things you’ve apparently “said”. Ah, the world of gossip…

    I think you’re a very inspirational person Princess Donna. I think it’s great that you create safe environments for people to experience their fantasies & experiment in their sex lives. A lot people seem to misunderstand you and BDSM, & I admire that you keep doing what you do regardless of the shit people say. I also have major respect for James Franco for doing this project when he is under the public eye. Like you said, most mainstream actors wouldn’t associate themselves with a BDSM porn company. Major props to both of you :)
